- What's the difference between AI and human pricing?
- AI consultants run on a credit subscription — pick a monthly credit allowance and chat or hold AI sessions anytime. Human experts are billed pay-per-minute in cash; you only pay for the minutes you actually use.
- What are credits?
- Credits are how you pay for AI: chatting with an expert's AI clone, live AI voice/video sessions, and post-session AI recaps. Every account gets a free monthly allowance, and you can subscribe for more.
- Do I need a subscription to talk to a human?
- No. Human consultations never need a subscription — they're pay-per-minute. The subscription is only for AI access.
- When am I charged for a human session?
- Funds are authorised when you book and only captured after a successful session. Cancellations and no-shows are released or refunded.
- What does Advisar take?
- On human sessions, Advisar keeps a 15% platform fee and pays the rest to the consultant automatically via Stripe.
